changing webhost

  • hi i am changing my webhost i have completed the following steps
    downloaded my wordpress directort from old host in .zip format
    upload and unzipped it to new host now what to do
    i am using cpanel

    hey there is new problem all files are not being downloaded,is it ok to install a new wp and replace wp content with old one but new installation on fantastico is of 2.8.9 and mine is 2.8.6 what to do
