Changing visibility of product not possible anymore

    Hello, I am working on a staging to relaunch a website with another theme. When I change the visibility of a product to “hidden” and click the update button it does not save the settings. The product is still set to “only search results”. When I change the theme to a standard theme the problem remains. This happens only at the staging. The original website is okay. I created the staging with the plugin wpstaging. What can I do?

    Hello,

    Are the staging and live sites identical? Can you deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, switch to the Storefront theme, and try again in that environment to see if the issue persists?
