    Hello
I have a dropshipping store and I use Eprolo to import the products. Some products are from Eprolo and others can be imported from Aliexpress. Some of the products from Aliexpress when I import in the section to choose colors it shows codes instead of colors. I would like to change the codes for colors but I am not sure where to change them.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello there,

You can edit items in bulk in WooCommerce > Products you can filter the products you would like to edit, then edit them in bulk. This is in case you would like to do it via WooCommerce core.

Eprolo is outside scope in this forum since we can only provide support for WooCommerce Core. The import process depends on the way Eprolo is “getting” the product information from the source, a common issue is an update on the source’s website code, affecting the import product process.

My recommendation is to contact the plugin support directly, they will be able to provide you with more details.

    Thanks.

    Hello
I don’t want to edit in bulk, I want to edit one by one. I contacted Eprolo they told me how to find out the corresponding color of each code. I just need to replace the code with a color name on the color section. I believe that I need to change the variant. Ande there is no WooCommerce > Products, the Products appears in a separate link.

I hope you have them set up as a global attribute! In Admin, go to Products-Attributes and you should have a list of attributes on the right – in your case Color and Shoe Size.

There is a column called Terms – at the bottom of this is a link ‘Configure terms’ – click on this and you can edit the colour codes you have to the correct colour name.

seank123 (@seank123) I followed your instructions but the color codes don’t appear, it just shows other colors.

Then they may be set in the product itself – in the attributes tab – you will have to edit each individually.
You could try an export to CSV and find/replace in a spreadsheet.

I only could find a place that says Post Attributes and under that it only has Templates, I don’t see any place to edit.

Custom Attributes section on this page

I wasn’t looking at the bottom of the page because it is a long way to scroll down. Thank you.
