changing values of "link","meta" elements & conflict

Thank you for the great plugin for free!|
But it causes the problems below:
-changing values of <link>elements and <meta>elements
(I use those for breadcrumbs)
-preventing to read js files in “wp-includes/js/plupload”
(Only when the plugin is tured off, the source includes

-conflicting with other jsI’d like to use this slider on my website top page somehow!
