• Hi,

I have searched for problems similar to this one, but couldnt find anything that helped me.

(This is a clean install this time when i reproduced the problem)

I have installed wordpress 2.3 in a folder called ‘blogg’.
    https://www.receptsidan.se/blogg/

Installation worked fine, everything shows up as normal.
I create a new post and upload a image and send it to the editor. Works fine.

    Here comes the problem:
My webbhotel supports web-alias, so i created a alias called blogg. https://blogg.receptsidan.se

I then changed the wordpress options to line upp with my alias.

This results in all images upploaded to just show a X in it. However, the image src property is correctly pointed to the image.

Also, new uploads of images works. But trying to send them to the editor when writing a new post results in the following javascript message:

    Line: 275
    Char: 5
Error: Object doesn’t support this property or method
    Code: 0
    URL: https://www.receptsidan.se/blogg/wp-admin/upload.php?style=inline&tab=browse-all&post_id=-1192377689&_wpnonce=7d85a0024b&ID&action&paged

I have tried to reverse the option pages fields to:
    Wordpress address (URL) (= https://www.receptsidan.se/blogg)
    Blog address (URL) (= https://www.receptsidan.se/blogg)

This did not help, so i am sitting on a bunch of images that doesn′t work, and i cannot write my posts with images included.

I am using an old theme, but i get the same result with the classic theme included with the installation.

My plugin Nextgen and it′s galleries works fine.

I hope that i have added enough details for someone to understand whats wrong.

    Cheers!
    /Fredrik
