    Good morning.

I am adding a Facebook feed for a client. I connected an access token to my own Facebook feed to the plugin so that I could show client how it would look since I did not have their login to the page. They liked it and want to use this plugin, but I cannot change it to their Facebook account so that their feed is displayed, it only shows my Facebook.

I tried uninstalling but it is still connected to my Facebook feed.

Any advice on how I can connect it to their Facebook access token?

    Hey!

Could you please try to remove the access token the following way?

    • Navigate to Facebook Feed WD > Settings page,
    • Click Reauthenticate and authenticate with your client’s account,
    • Save the settings.

Afterward, you can begin creating feeds from the new account.

Let us know if this works.
    Thanks!

    Hallo,
similar problem with me. I reinstalled WD Facebook feed, actually have no feed under feeds submenu. When I try to add new feed, plugin doesn’t ask for App ID and App Secret but sticks with former App ID and Secret from previous installation and I can not figure out, where to change it (id est how to connect to different facebook feed). Please help. Thank you a lot. Martin

    Hi,

@wowtech, please follow the steps below to fix this problem.

    1. Log in to your own Facebook account, to which the plugin is currently connected.
    2. From the upper-right corner of your Facebook account, please choose Settings, then select Business integrations option from the left sidebar.
    3. Check 10Web social feed plugin, then remove it.
    4. Log out from your account and ask your client to log in to their account.
    5. Go to Facebook Feed WD > Settings page and Reauthenticate.

@takeori, this problem is a bit different, please try the following solution:

    1. Go to Facebook Feed WD > Options page and press Uninstall.
    2. Uninstall the plugin by following the steps in this video.
    3. Navigate to Plugins page and delete Facebook Feed WD.
    4. Reinstall and activate it.

Afterward, please authenticate with your account and recreate your feeds.

Let me know if the problems persist, guys.
    Cheers!
