Changing title of “Your Licence Key(s)” section in email

How would I go about changing the title of the “Your Licence Key(s)” section in the automatically delivered ‘order completed’ email? I was unable to locate the correct code in the email templates with the help of previous related topics. I assume I would make a copy of a template in my theme’s folder, but which and where is where I’m lost.
Ideally, I’d also like to add a little description (paragraph) to that section to instruct recipients on how to use the key. Thank you for any help!
