You also need to change the slug of the post/page. WordPress does not automatically change that when you change a page title.

You can change this by going to Pages (or your post type) > All Pages. When you hover over a page title click Quick Edit, modify the slug (you can copy and paste the page Title and wordpress will automatically convert it to a slug) and hit Update on the right side.

I tried what you had told me, but it did not work. Is there another place to check to see what this is not working?

Thank you for your quick response.

Are you having issues with the slug (the url) or the title displayed in the Tab/Window?

Do you have a cache plugin or SEO plugin running on your site? If you are using an SEO plugin, that is probably what is causing the issue, as it probably allows you to manually set the page title (tab title) of every page.

My plugin won’t update those, as it would be impossible to predict other plugins users are using and what custom fields to modify. You’ll have to find where those values are stored and manually change them.

Let me know if that helps you out.

It is the title in the Tab/Window. It keeps the name of the page I copied.

The plug-ins that I am using are Easy Contact Forms, Kimili Flash Embed, Post Duplicator, TinyMCE Advanced, and WP Wunderground. My theme was created with Artisteer.

Try disabling all plugins except for Post Duplicator, and also switch your theme to a default TwentyTwelve, or Twenty Eleven and test the Post Duplicator. Then duplicate a page and see if you still have the same issue (I’m guessing you won’t).

Then, re-enable your theme and check again. If it stops working then your theme has something built into it that stores that page title and you’ll need to figure out how to manually change that.

If my plugin still works after re-enabling your theme, then re-active each plugin one by one, testing the duplicator between each one to find out which plugin is creating/storing the page titles. Then you’ll know where to start looking to find how to manually change them.
