Changing Themes

    I have a website I developed on WordPress a couple years ago. I would like to use the same content but have it utilizing a responsive theme.

    Can I utilize what I have and just install a new theme on the current WordPress installation?

    OR

    Do I need to load a new version of WordPress and manually copy over my pages and images?
