• Hi,

So I started building my first website, and chose the default on WordPress theme called twentyfourteen.

However I soon realised it didn’t suite the purpose and previewed a few and then activated the Activate theme by clicking on the activate button.

I then created a few new pages and a new posting, making sure these were published and viewable by the public.

However when I went to my site, the front page was the old twentyfourteen theme, but if I clicked on the link “Welcome to Anything with chocolate” (originally designed as an “About” page), then the new theme would appear (albeit without the top level menu which should also appear).

    Can anyone help?

    Thanks Paris45
