Changing theme breaks the series

    Greetings All,

    When I change my WordPress theme, the Series Table of Contents does not show anymore the series. When you want to view the series, I get “Sorry, no results found”. Normally, you should be able to see all the episodes. It’s like the taxonomy, or the path, becomes “broken” or wrong after the theme is changed. I tried going back and forth from the new theme to the old one, but once it breaks, it stays like that. I tried changing the taxonomy, Run Upgrade Task. Not sure how to fix this besides the fact I have to start all over. I have too many series created. Let me know if I need to purchase paid support.

    Thanks for using PublishPress Series.

    Can you please try to flush the permalink?

    You can do this by go to Setting > Permalinks, then just click save on the permalink. It will flush the permalink setting.

    Yes, I did that… so far looks like the only way is to recreate everything from scratch.

    The Series Table of Contents URL works, but when you click on a series, you get page not found.

    @rcosmos I can see that happen on your site, but that is not a normal behavior.

    We will need to investigate this further.
