Changing the WordPress install directory

I install WP in https://www.mysite.org/wp. I then decided to move it to the root directory, i.e. https://www.mysite.org/. I did so by copying the WP directories up one level to the root. This works fine for viewing the blogg but the admin functions still ‘jump back’ to the original directory. There seems to be a pointer still pointing to the original install directory. How can I set it to point to the new location?
