Changing the way of inserting taxonomy tag like category

Hi,
I want to change the way of inserting taxonomy tag like categories(check box, not typing tags by hand)
*I created new taxonomy, attached it to product post type. I want to use it as kind of sorting method based on already existed. So, I don’t want to type some tags by hand, just want to check some check box and publish it like ‘product categories’)
