Changing the Top Page Header Bar and Read More Button

Hi there, I was wondering how i can go about changing the colour and thickness of the thick blue bar at the top of all the pages (not the front page). Also, how can i remove the ‘title’ from the top of each page?

Is this the correct coding? Is there anything I need to insert in the coding and can you help me with it:

is this the correct coding to change the read button color?
