Changing the theme header for theme Custom Community 1.8.7

Hello,

my website is https://www.feedthepigeon.co.uk. I am trying to change the header image and name on my site (where it says Custom Cummunity in massive writing with a thick grey line with two large dots inside it, to the right of the name – that whole section). I cannot for love nor money figure out how to change this!
