Changing the text on the support page

If so, currently, with v0.2.1 it’s not possible.

But in the future release we can provide a filter hook there so that you can hook to the filter hook and can change the text.

Yes, on that page!

So what I am asking for is to be able to modify the text when asking for information. Being able to modify : “Write down your issue in details. At least 30…….” To “Explain your request. The more details the better. Don’t forget to include your credentials so we can log in to your site”

Or, would it be possible to create or use a custom form on this page?

So you are talking about the “Tooltip” of the Submit Ticket form, on the second field: Details *.

You want to modify the text of the tooltip.

No tooltip text is modifiable as of now. Providing filter for all the tooltip is obviously possible, but would be a bit messy. Let’s give us some time to sort these things out.

But we will surely look at these things inshALLAH. I’m opening an issue on this regard.
