Changing the text colour of links in table blocks

Hi there!
I’ve got a table block (using the 2023 theme) and I want to change the colour of the links I have scattered throughout the text in this table. It doesn’t seem possible to be able to do this using the block styles editor. I’ve also had a look around on Google and YouTube and can’t find any instruction on this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m a bit surprised that it’s not possible to change the link colour using the block editor for table blocks in the same way that you can do this for other types of blocks (like paragraph or list blocks).
