    Found it w/ a little more digging, needed to add the ’50/10′ [or whatever size you want]:

    <p><label>Your Name [required]:<br />
    [text* your-name] </label></p>

<p><label>Your Email [required]:<br />
    [email* your-email] </label></p>

<p><label>Subject:<br />
    [text your-subject] </label></p>

<p><label>Your Message:<br />
    [textarea your-message 50/10] </label></p>

<p>[submit "Send"]</p>
