Changing the Tag for Featured Content

This is embarrassing. I have the Sequel theme and the Fourteen Extended plug-in installed. For the love of me, I cannot find where I can customize which tags to use for featured content. I’ve used it before and I know I set it to use custom post types but I cannot remember where it is and I’ve gone through every page I can think of in tools, settings and the customizer!
