Changing the sub-domain name?

Hi,
I have my own WP hosted at blogs.koolwal.net over about 1 year or so.
Now I would like to transfer/rename https://blogs.koolwal.net to https://linuxblogs.koolwal.net.
How can I do this without affecting my search engine rankings and page ranks?
