Changing the settings is vorbidden

  • Hello

    I want to change the settings on the “Top 10 Settings”-Site in the admin-menue of my wordpress.

    But when i click on “save options”, i get an error-message: “Forbidden

    You do not have permission to access this document.” This site has the url: …./wp/wp-admin/admin.php?page=tptn_options

    So i can’t change the options.

    Can you help me please?

    Do you see this will the settings or some of the settings? Are you in a position to test this on a different browser or potentially a different admin account?

    This error appears after i have clicked on the “save”-button. i can’t change any option.
    i get this error with every browser and with every admin-account.

    Could you please confirm with your host if they have mod_security on. Another thing worth trying is disabling other plugins and checking
