Changing the order of the "Home" nav link.

My apologies if this is a repeat post. I’ve been searching and searching and have not found an appropriate post or answer.

I just finished a custom WordPress design for a site that uses both pages and has a blog. I based it off of the TwentyTen theme. There is a nav across the top that has all of the pages, including a “home” link for the designated home page. I am able to order all of the nav items, except for the “home” link. No matter what number I put in for it, it still stays in the same spot.

Is there something that can be done to move the “home” link to a different spot?
