Changing the order of posts?

That sounds like it would do the job, but I have zero html experience, and do not have the foggiest idea how to get this on my site. Is it a plugin? If I have to change/add code, I’m dead.

LOL – this probably won’t kill you ?? – it’s built in – for whatever post you want to make sticky, click Quick Edit – and then in the drop down screen, towards the right side, there’s a box for “Make this post sticky”.
