Changing the name in upper cases letter with contact form 7

Using contact form 7 with some Text fields. If the customer enters in one of them his name like this: Klaus Mayer, the name should be displayed in uppercase like KLAUS MAYER.
Two options I‘d like to consider:

1. if the customer enters a small letter, it should changed directly into a upper case letter.
Or
2. The customer can enter the name as he wants, but before sending the data, the name should be displayed in upper cases in the email.
