Changing the markup output with WooCommerce hooks

I’m trying to figure out how to modify the structure (markup) of the woocommerce_single_product_summary hook.

For example, here’s how you can add the price below the product summary:

add_action( 'woocommerce_single_product_summary', 'my_custom_product_summary', 25 );

function my_custom_product_summary() {
    global $product;
    ?>
    <div class="price">
        <?php echo $product->get_price_html(); ?>
    </div>

}
