Changing the Main URI

If you have phpmyadmin, you can reset or change things like this:
https://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/site-url

Unfortunately, that does not work. I have php My Admin and went to browse the wp_options section and found the site-url field. But, it was already set appropriately (e.g. mysitename.com/wordpress). I tried adding a forward slash but that did not make a difference.
The problem still persists. If you click on the categories on the right-hand side of the template, it will take you to mysitename.com/wordpress/index.php/index.php?cat=1 (for example). And since of course index.php is there twice, I get an error (which exactly reads: “No input file specified.”). Where in phpmyadmin do you think I can solve this problem?

Did you set the ‘home’ value as well ?

Don’t know… how/where do you do that?

Same table as site_url, just a bit further on.
In one of my databases, the table #ID for the home value is 100 – so just page through it all.

Forget about it podz… thanks for your help… For future reference for other people, I just did a search for “home” through phpmyadmin and choose the second selection… I then altered the value from https://www.mysite.com/wordpress/index.php to just https://www.mysite.com/wordpress and now wordpress works fine. Phew!
