changing the Main MU domain name

    Hi all , i want to change the main mu url ,
    for egg my current url is abcd.com ,

    i want to change this to xyz.com , what are the steps i should follow

    The ‘best’ way is to edit the database. Export it to your desktop as an .sql file and run a search/replace.

    Then edit the wp-config.php file

    This is NOT as easy as renaming WordPress single site, so be prepared to have to search a couple times for just ‘abcd’ and review each change before you commit it.

    .. and if you have it in any serialized arrays in things like sidebars, you’ll have to handle that too.
