Changing The Icon & text Colors need help

I wanted to know how to change the color of the icons on the main index page. The icons that are next to the post title where you have a rating star and then a box with a pen inside.

That is what I’m talking about if you can see that picture.
The red box marks the 2 things I’m talking about.
I’ve looked threw the style.css and managed to edit a few other icons but cannot find these ones that I need to change the most.

This widget text seems to be dark text and not white like the one above it. This widget is a Custom menu widget that is already on WordPress. Where about in the style.css do I find the css code to make the text back to white.
