Changing the header image per tag

  • Hi there,
    I’m using the theme Twenty-Eleven, and I’d like to know if it’s possible to change JUST the header image based on the tags that a post has.

    I understand that Conditional Tags might be able to accomplish this without a plugin, but I’m not sure if that’s altogether accurate.

    Right now, I have individual tags that I have grouped, and I essentially want each group to have its own theme. If I need to do it per tag, that’s okay too, because that means when I add more tags later, I can customize them.

    How can I go about doing this?
