Changing the form in the last step

Hello,

First of all Pinal – thank you for your great work! The plugin is awesome.

I’m trying to configure everything as needed in my shop and I don’t know where to start when I want to change the form fields. For example I would like to add a checkbox and one text field in the last step – the checkout page.

Is it possible? How can I do that?
