    Hi! Please help, when importing a scv file (windows-1251 encoding), of course, the plugin does not understand and shows characters, if

    [iconv("Windows-1251", "UTF-8", {name[1]})]

    Then the characters just change, tell me what’s wrong and how to make windows-1251 encoding in utf-8
