Changing the Domain (moving data base/ back office)

    We are very new to WordPress. We came from PrestaShop. So we hope we have worded this right.

    We have a site that is .CA and we will be changing it to a .COM and .CO.

    We will not have any thing left with .CA.

    We would like to know if there is a way to move a site with data base from one sever to another and change ever thing in the data base / back office to a another domain?

    we are looking for your advice on if and how this can be done.
