Changing the Cuisine/course permalinks

    What is the difference between Cuisine and Course in the plugin I know how I can I go about changing the Cuisine and Course permalinks as i intend to use this plugin to hold recipes for e-liquids instead of food however how will this affect the whole plugin. Will this change it site wide across the whole plugin please?
