Changing the complete url in portfolio

    Hi all!

    I am using the Kubb Photography theme for my website. The theme uses Ebor Framework. I have used the Portfolio Carousel for showing my images. I want to link my images to the external link. But when i make the new portfolio, the default URL is created.
    E.G. the permalink generated is-:
    https://www.example.com/portfolio/abc
    i want that the url should be
    https://www.facebook.com
    so that when the users click on my image, they should be redirected to my image on my social media site.

    please scroll down to the latest instagram posts. i want similar action in my site.

    Any help will be welcomed.
