Changing the blub that I added with installation

I want to change the blurb that I wrote when I registered. How do I access that page?

This is because the blurb is in the Wrong language. The site is for the Japanese market, but the blurb is in English. If you google the keywords tokyo and homeopathy, you will get my Japanese site along with my English blurb. I need to change the language of both the keywords and the blurb.

What should I do?
