Clicking the link above takes me to your website but not to the support page. When I click the support menu tab on your website and try to open a support ticket, the linked button just returns me to this page.

Not possible, I have no password. Your system wants to send a one time code for me but it goes to an address that does not exist any more.

I simply want to start over with a current address
