Changing the accordion listing order

WP 5.9, Accordion Pro 5.9, 2016 theme – Changing the listing order problem.
I cannot re-order the accordions. I can pickup a single accordion by click/hold on the 3 bars, I can drag them around BUT when dropped where I want to place the accordion they just glide back to the original position(s).
Checked with 3 different browsers . . . I’ve checked all of this forum, Watched the videos from the help and support menu, reviewed WPshopmart Accordion Pro forum = found nothing to address this issue.

Frustrating… Is this a wp5.9 issue or ???? (me?)
