Changing text color of Picochic sidebar

    Hi, I’m new to WordPress and am slowly getting the hang of editing templates but am completely stuck on how to change the text color of the Picochic sidebar. I would prefer it to be black not grey. While I’m on the subject of color, I’d like to change the menu bar text to black as well. Many thanks for any help anyone can give!
