Changing size of search bar

check the theme’s CSS file for something like

#search_form

Copy this to the bottom of layout.css.
Then play with colours / sizes to suit ??

background-color:#ff0000;
}
#searchbutton {
width:50px;
background-color:#0000ff;
}
