Changing size of Header Image

this code works but for the white banner area above the image.

The white space above the banner is the menu area – are you looking to remove the menu bar?

I am not looking to remove the menu bar. I am looking to increase the size (height) of the header image. I have used the image you have supplied but it has not made a difference.
