changing "Site Name " with "Home" in bradcrumbs path

Hi,
I’ve installed this very good plugin and all works perfectly, but unfortunately I’v not understood how to change the “Site Name” with the word “home” in all pages, post, etc
E.g.
Now my breadcrumbs appears in this way:
name of my site>name of my page>name of my category>post title
I’d like they were written so:
Home>name of my page> name of my category>post title
someone can help me, please?
