Changing Sign Up Email From Wordress@sitename to custom email

Hi all have used the email settings to change this but doesn’t seem to have worked.

Have tried to use other plugins that can change this but has ended up in users not receiving an email upon sign up at all. I’m assuming this would be some sort of conflict?

Any suggestions? Thanks
