Changing sidebar names "Follow" and "More"

    Hello everyone,

    First of all, Alexander, awesome job with Hueman. Society owes you.
    Secondly, is it possible to change the primary and secondary sidebar names which are currently named “Follow” for primary and “More” for secondary sidebars?

    If yes, how can this be changed?
