Changing search titles

Is it possible to alter the wording of the search bar (simple search) titles please? (I know how to add the actual filters, but want to change the titles.) Also can you add new titles to the bar? If the answer to either of these questions is yes, please give step-by-step instructions and the shortcodes needed to effect this change. Your documentation/videos are poor quality. For someone learning how to use Estatik there is not nearly enough instructional information. It is difficult to understand what can and cannot be achieved. Thank you very much.
