Changing reply form

I have been trying to find out how can change the “Leave Reply” form on the Online Marketer Theme. At the bottom I see “You may use these HTML tags and attributes: <abbr title=””> <acronym title=””> <b>
<cite>
<del datetime=""> <i> <q cite=""> <strike> "I can't find where that is coming from. Also, is there a way to remove the "Website" from the form?
