Changing Register Links

Hey there,
I want to be able to change the register links for all my WordPress Blogs that I have.
I have these main blogs that I use and I want to change it so that when you click the Register Link it leads to a different page, say my Forums Registration Page y’know?

(when I have it finished and uploaded)How could I go about doing this?
I’m creating a page that has links and icons to all my WordPress blogs, as well as my Forums, Subscribe to my YouTube, and to Follow us on Twitter. (I’m working on that webpage for it to work as a drop down menu to just be able to click them and eventually be able to register straight from that page.. but for now I just want my ‘Register’ links on those blogs to go to: https://truegamestudios.com/register/How do I edit that?
