Changing recent posts on homepage

    Hello! I’ve completely forgotten how to change which posts appear under the “Recent Posts” section on my homepage. I went into the Customizer but could not figure out how to do it. I remember there being a drop-down that showed all the posts, and I’d select which posts would appear and in which order, but I cannot get to that drop-down. Any guidance would be much appreciated! Thanks.

    Thanks for trying out Kale, we appreciate it.

    Recent posts are just that – the most recent posts, in chronological order of the date they were posted – if you’ve set your home page to show the blog page / recent posts.

    However, looks like you’ve labeled the “Featured Posts” as “Recent Posts” and these can be set by going to Appearance > Customize > Front Page > Featured Posts and setting each of the featured posts. More info here: https://help.lyrathemes.com/article/233-featured-posts-pages

    Thanks for the reply! When I go to Appearance > Customize, “Front Page” isn’t an option. Is there a way to get it to show up?

    Could you please check whether you’ve installed and/or activated Kirki plugin?

    You should see the notice about it on your Dashboard and in the customizer.

    Yup, that fixed it! I had installed the plugin but hadn’t activated it yet. I just did and then the Front Page option appeared. Thanks!
