Changing "Read more" URL in RSS feed

When someone subscribes to my site via the RSS feed, I want the “Read More” links at the bottom of each feed to point to the main news page… not the individual posts themselves.

Is this possible?

The site in question does not use the single page template – each news post is pulled in to the main category page and displayed in a scrolling carousel. When people click the “Read more” link in the RSS feed, I want them to be taken to the main news carousel page, not the individual post page, as this does not exist.
