Changing profile picture doesn’t work

Hi, I have a problem with the profile images:
Every time a user wants to change his profile or header image, it doesn’t work. The image is only visible very very small in the top left corner (https://snipboard.io/iB7aFL.jpg), and after the user clicks on submit, the picture is just not there.
Can anybody please help me with that?
