Changing Profile Photo not working

    Hi

    I am trying to change the profile photo in my profile form but it is not working. I have removed all cache plugins and also cleared cache. It is working only when you first remove it and then upload new. I am getting frustrated with this. Please help me out

    Hi @pooja284worldweb,

    What version of the Ultimate member you have installed on your site?
    Do you have any sever side caching or Cloudflare active on your server?
    Please do a quick conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with your theme or one of your plugins and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Thank you for the guidance. I am using version 2.0.54.
    I have checked all the conflict with plugin and themes but still I am not able to change the profile photo. Can you please check this in your site or theme?

    Hi @pooja284worldweb,

    We don’t have this issue on our test site and no one has reported about this issue so far.
    You can check this issue using free wordpress test website here.
    Create new test instance and install Ultimate member plugin.

    I suggest checking server side cache and your server settings.
    You can also check error.log file of your server and see if you have errors there.
